Squid denies access from mobile browser

Hi all,
I am trying to access pandora from my blackberry mobile browser, but i am getting "Access Denied" error from squid. Could you please tell me the work around to get it working on mobile browser?

First, you have to detail anything more.. we can not figure out your configuration. Second, did you test with a normal browser before? As you can see, this can be an squid issue, maybe you have ACL to allow only some IPs? This is not a Pandora FMS issue.
