Integria - project tracking

hi,
I just installed integria to my local pc. But after i modify the project tab, project tracking section is not showing updates. It only showing msg " no data available".
what should i need to do for this problem?
Is this error of the php file?

You need first to define a task inside the project and populate it with data. If you want to see some progress, also need to add workunits to any of the task you've created.

thanks nil. now it's ok. I have another problem in users. only administrator can view all projects. standrad user can view all projects only if admin assign task to him. can't they see all projects with out assign tasks?
