I'm new to Integria;I have just installed a local Integria for testing, and; feeling better, but I would like to know whether it provides a customer protal to customers, and dos it support knowledge centre for customers or for Anonymous?

Nope. Each user only have views for users of their same group. Your could setup a "demo" or "guest" user that have access to specific operations, but it's make to isolate groups. If you share the same groups for all users, you could share all the information that users make.
Now there is nothing documented, sorry :(
