the new user dosen't match in database

Dear all,

I would like to say hallo to everyone in the forum.
I'm trying to use the web  gui in order to create a new user, but after this operation even the user appears in the user's list when I try to make an authantication request by NTRADPING tool I get the Access-reject response. If I look the radius log from the web interface I see the following message:

"Info: rlm_sql (sql): No matching entry in the database for request from user [pippo]"

Is there something that I'm missing during the user creation procedure?
Can I look something else to get more information about this problem to find out the reason of this error?
