If a service on a server is not running I need to be notified by email. This worked before in another setup of Pandora. Since I run Pandora from a VM it doesn´t work anymore.

Details:

The module is detecting the service that is offline
The module goes to critical (red flag)
An alert is connected to this module
The alert is not fired and still "ok" (green flag)

When I click the green circle near the alert to enforce an alert-email it works perfectly. I can also connect the alert to the host alive module and it works. Somehow the module itself has a problem. Also does not work with other servers either...

Can you post here the configuration of the template ?, seems to be the problem, probably one of it's sometimes-cryptic meaning (I'm sorry for that).
