Module Flip Flop Threshold

Hi all,
Module Flip Flop Threshold seems not working.
1. I've created a host alive Module with intervall 60 sec.
2. FF Threshold with value 3
3. Then I've unplugged the Network for the module.
After 60 sec has the Module status red not until 180 Sec.
